Old timers will go on mistily about the days before there were any Italian restaurants in Bangkok. Then back in 1983, L’Opera opened, and after that it all began to change…these days, L’Opera is under different ownership, but several years ago founder GennariRossano opened Rossano’s, and the DNA of that original restaurant can be identified here, in both the food and the décor, and indeed in the management: general manager Giorgio Lattuille and executive chef Marco Ravasio
