It all began with a passion for Italian food and the vision of our founder, Maurizio Cecco. Named in tribute to Maurizio’s father, Salvatore, Salvi’s represents a family legacy—a heartfelt nod to his late father and a commitment to authentic, family-run Italian hospitality.

Maurizio, constantly bringing delicious Italian goodies over for friends, realised he could share the taste of Italy on a grander scale—and so, Salvi’s Mozzarella Bar was born! What began as a humble deli quickly transformed into a beloved destination for genuine Italian flavors, where Manchester can savor the true spirit and soul of Neapolitan cuisine.
