Aycan Dotari and Costantino Dotari met at a pizza chef school in Rome and combined their dreams then returned to Turkey. On January 26, 2015, they founded Pizzeria Luna Romana, where they offer special pizzas made with high-hydration, long-fermentation quality dough, along with flavors from Italian cuisine. With its warm and cozy atmosphere, the restaurant has been welcoming guests in the heart of Urla since 2015.
