The pizza dough is naturally risen for 48 hours, handmade by the Pizzaiulo Capo and cooked the Neapolitan way in the ‘Wood Fired Brick Pizza Oven’ which is imported from Naples, made by the Acunto family, masters of the tradition since 1892.
