It was the Italian chef Diego Di Costanzo who brought IL FARO Bar Ristorante, which is located in Ischia Island, south of Naples, to Shenzhen, after three generations of his family. Diego not only retains the traditional handmade art, but selects fresh ingredients and uses less processed products to provide pure, authentic and healthy delicious dishes.
