Bianco, founded by Claudia and Gionata in September 2020 in Apeldoorn, offers a true taste of Italy. Inspired by the cuisine of Sardinia, Apulia, and other Italian regions, Bianco serves authentic pizzas, pastas, meat, and fish dishes made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Complemented by a selection of Italian wines and beers, Bianco provides a warm setting for dining with family or friends, either indoors or on the terrace. Reservations can be made by phone or in person.
