Panareo was born in 2021, and has been evolving and adding new dishes. The dough for their pizzas is made with Neapolitan flour, and rests at room temperature for 30 hours before being baked over a wood fire for 60 seconds at a temperature of 500 degrees. This allows them to offer a light pizza, with a delicious flavor and aroma.
